In the first quarter of 2024, the top dining and restaurant apps on iOS in the Middle East demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed view of the trends for these leading apps.

ALBAIK saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting strong with 19.9K in the first week of January and peaking at 26K in the last week of February. However, a sharp decline was observed in mid-March, reaching a low of 6K. Weekly active users mirrored this pattern, peaking at approximately 66.8K by the end of February before declining to 42K in mid-March.

McDonald’s - Non-US maintained a steady download rate, starting with around 20K in the first week of January and peaking at 25.2K in mid-February. Active users showed a slight decline from 346K in early January to 285K by the end of March.

Dunkin' International experienced consistent downloads, starting at 15.9K and peaking at 19K in mid-February. However, downloads dropped to around 4.6K by mid-March. Active users hovered around 120K for most of the quarter, with a slight decline to 110K by the end of March.

KFC Saudi Arabia showed an interesting trend with downloads peaking at 25.7K in early February, before dropping to a low of 3.7K in mid-March. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 64.5K in early February and then declining to 37K by mid-March.

Al Tazaj - KSA had a notable peak in downloads in mid-January with 25.7K, but this figure dropped to around 3.5K by mid-March. Active users also showed variability, peaking at 49.3K in mid-January and dropping to 24.3K by mid-March.
